I’m on a misson to help you feel well through simple, science-backed food and habits, without the wellness noise.

This space exists because I spent years trying to manage my health by fixing one thing at a time, food, skin, stress, routines, without ever looking at how it all worked together.

I grew up with gut issues, long periods of heavy constipation, anxiety, and a chronic skin condition that started in my teens and only got worset. For years, I tried to manage symptoms separately. A product for my skin. A rule for food. A strategy for stress. I was always fixing something, and it never fully worked.

Digestion, skin, stress, food, and daily habits don’t live in separate boxes. Inflammation quietly affects all of it, especially as we get older. When I shifted my focus toward anti inflammatory food and simpler ways of eating, things began to settle. My digestion became more stable. My skin calmed down. My anxiety softened. Health stopped feeling overwhelming and started feeling manageable.

I’m 43, an Art Director at H&M, and a photographer by background. My work has always been about clarity, simplicity, and making things feel approachable. I bring that same mindset into how I think about food and health.
