Hi, I’m Alia.
For most of my life, I thought I ate healthy. I followed rules, avoided foods, adjusted endlessly, and still felt like my body was constantly asking for more support than I knew how to give.
In my forties, that changed.
I stopped chasing “perfect” habits and started focusing on what actually helps me feel steady, calm, and nourished, especially during demanding seasons of life. Food became less about control and more about regulation. Less about rules and more about support.
Well with Alia is a space for simple, gut-friendly cooking that fits into real life. Meals that reduce inflammation, support digestion, and help you stay grounded when life feels full.
I share food I come back to again and again, not because it’s trendy, but because it helps me function, focus, and feel better in my body.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about feeding yourself well enough to keep going.
Education & Background
I’m currently studying functional nutrition, with a focus on digestion, inflammation, and the gut–mind connection.
Before this, I worked for nearly 20 years as a designer across art direction, photography, and digital UX/UI. Creating visuals, shaping experiences, and working at a high pace taught me a lot, but it also made me realize I wanted to slow things down and focus inward.
Today, that background shapes how I approach food, simplicity, and everyday rituals. Thoughtful, intentional, and grounded in real life. My goal is to help others reconnect with food as a form of support, not control, and to make mindful eating feel accessible, calm, and human.
This space is for nourishment, not noise.
